Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Icinity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Icinity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges that may apply to their order.
